Dream Concert 2009

Check out this artist list: MC Mong, Super Junior (+ SJ-M!), Park Hyo Shin, Wheesung, Kim Tae Woo, T-ara, Supernova, SHINee, Big Bang, Jewelry, 2AM, 2PM (no Jaebum :X), f(x), SNSD, 2NE1, Kara, 4Minute, Chae Yeon, and more!!   And DBSK would have been there too if it weren’t for their ongoing lawsuit woes ;__;.   That’s an amazing lineup!

TBS Broadcast Of ‘The Secret Code’ Tokyo Dome Concert

I gotta admit that ‘The Secret Code’ the album isn’t one of my favorite albums — and not even one of my favorite Japanese albums — by them, but the concert is on a whole other level entirely (and it has changed my opinion on some of the songs on ‘The Secret Code’ lol).    Seriously, BEST CONCERT EVER.   BEST!!!!    Completely surpasses all of their other concerts so far imo.  Their vocals and dancing were superb ♥!  And the fact that they’re standing on the Tokyo Dome stage must have helped as well, but whatever it is, this concert is just AMAZING.  I’m so jealous of people who got to see this live!!

*skips off to buy the DVD*  (I can’t wait to see the solo performances!!!  And .. I hope ‘Asu wa Kuru Kara’ is on it too T__T.)

SMTOWN 2009!!!

AUGUST 16TH, 2009!!! I will be stuck on this island doing my Psych rotation (which I’m actually really looking forward to :D), but am posting this up here because I’m happy it’s official!! YES. The one last year was epic and I expect this year’s one to be too (although WTH no CSJH or BoA, really?). YOU SHOULD GO IF YOU EVEN REMOTELY LIKE SM GROUPS AND ARE IN KOREA AT THE TIME. I had the time of my life last year and that concert was before the release of DBSK’s 4th album, SuJu’s 3rd album, etc — which means A LOT OF FREAKING GOOD SONGS.  And the potential for collaborations.  ‘Xiahtic’ with Eunhyuk rapping would make me so happy ♥.  AND I HOPE TO GOD THEY PERFORM ‘HEARTQUAKE’ AT THE CONCERT.

I’m curious about the “special guests” bit ~ that sounds exciting, but mostly I hope that it gets changed to “CSJH” and “BoA” :).

(I love the new F.T Island album ♥!  It should please fans of their other albums since they are still emo-rock songs, but there are also quite a few upbeat cheerful pop-rock tunes.  The first track 빙빙빙 is so fun.  I love it!  Will post more tomorrow.)

DBSK Mirotic Concert in Bangkok (6/28)

DBSK held their Mirotic concert in Bangkok this past weekend!   I’m too lazy to look for fancams at the moment, but I’m sure they’re all over youtube by now.  I’ll be back to edit after I catch up with some other fandom and sleep XD.  I did get to look at pictures though!  They’re gorgeous ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥.   As usual, there’s a nice selection of omg hot and lol your face pictures.   They all look super handsome, especially Changmin, who imo looks awesome in every single picture ♥ (his pictures are always either omg hot or lol your face or both, but there is truly no middle ground with that kid XDD).  I love his jaw line like burning.  I think Yunho has the most lol your face pictures as usual this time around :D.   Also A++ for all the pictures of Junsu winking ;).   The press conference pictures are totally adorable too, big smiles!  :)  I really love what they’re all wearing, especially Yoochun and Jae.  Yoochun’s pixie bob is really cute to me ^__^ ♥.

Hollywood Bowl 2009

IT IS RIGHT AROUND THE CORNER, YOU GUYS!   May 9th, 2009!  Tickets go onsale January 31st!  Head to the soompi thread or the KMF site to find out more information ^__^.

SON HO YOUNG IS MC-ING ♥♥♥♥♥.  YAY!   He had the best performance of the whole concert last year, imo.  Sooooo much energy (only artist to get everyone, young and old, on their feet and singing/dancing along) ♥♥♥.  I’m glad to hear he’ll be back!  Also, the first list of artists is already out:  SNSD, Lee Juk, Lena Park, Kim Changwan Band, and Son Ho Young!   I really want to go T___T.  It’d be great to see Hoi again and omg Lena Park too ♥?!?!   I also like SNSD considerably more now than I did this time last year lol, so it’d be nice to see them too.

Can’t wait till other artists are announced.  I don’t think DBSK will be coming this year cause I think they’ll be busy with their 4th Japanese tour at the time.  BUT.  I AM CROSSING MY FINGERS FOR EPIK HIGH AND SS501!   WANT TO SEE THEM, didn’t get a chance to in Korea!  And hopefully Super Junior, SHINee, F.T Island, Big Bang, Hyori … aljsdfkla excitement.  Maybe even Brown Eyed Girls?!  I’ve become a huge fan of those girls within the past three months; they’re moving into CSJH territory for me *___*.
