A’ST1 Releases ‘Dynamite’ (4/16)

Finally getting to use our A’ST1 tag again!  It’s been a while!   They debuted way back in 2007, disappeared for more than a year, made a very nice comeback with their contribution to the BOF soundtrack (their song ‘아쉬운 마음인 걸’ is actually my favorite off the OST ^^), and now they’re back with a new mini-album ‘Dynamite’ ♥♥♥.  I’m enjoying this mini-album loads… some very catchy dance songs and ballads thrown in the mix.  If you like SS501, you’ll probably like these guys.  And it’s great to see them back with new music (now if only Cho Shin Sung could come back too…).  Looking forward to the comeback performances!

SuJu & SHINee On Star Golden Bell (6/28)

Thanks so much to boosaysharingiscarin for uploading this!  Part 1, part 2, part 3, part 4, part 5, part 6, part 7, part 8.  It’s subbed too :).

I think this was SHINee’s first appearance on a variety show ~ it’s only Jonghyun and Taemin.  They don’t get to talk all that much (they’re so shy!), but it’s still pretty cute.  Especially everyone’s reaction to Taemin and how young he is XD.  Yesung (glasses ♥!!) and Shindong are also here, bringing the lulz.  And Alex and Horan of Clazziquai :).

The four of them are all sitting in the first line and they get introduced about 4:55 into part 1.  Shindong talks about his hair (HAHAHAHA Kangin called him ‘poop-head’ and the name stuck) and says he likes it.  Shindong also points out that he’s wearing a dull gray shirt, different from everyone else’s clean white shirts, because they didn’t have a white shirt in his size XDD.  Awwww.  LOL, Shindong is seriously adorable in this, the way his face lights up when he laughs ♥♥♥.

And everyone loves Taemin, the adorable magnae.  He says that he was born in 1993 and then everyone else starts talking about what they were doing in 1993.  The MC says he was a sophmore in college, lol.  Someone else says he got married in 1993.  The MC asks Jonghyun if and when he feels a generation gap with Taemin (I think they’re three years apart…?) and Jonghyun says Taemin doesn’t know the same comics as he does XDD.

At 8:15 into part 1, both groups get asked what they envy about the other group.  Shindong says SHINee looks really clean and innocent, lmao.  I think that’s what I really like about them too ~ how unjaded they are ♥.  Taemin says he’s envious of how well SuJu does on variety shows (lol one of the biggest reasons I love SuJu!) and the MC interrupts with, “Excuse me, it hasn’t been that long.  Yesung is still struggling.”  LMAO LMAOOOO!!  Poor Yesung.  Shindong gives them all advice, saying that whenever the camera is on them, they have to smile immediately XD.  ASLDKFJDKSL SO CUTE!!!  I love Shindong’s smile.  That’s a real eye-smile right there ♥.  Taemin and Jonghyun try it out and get embarrassed.  Taemin’s smile, especially on his second try, is so alskdjfkljkalsjdkfldjksl ♥____♥.  I’m trying to cut back on pedo-ing over him, but stuff like this doesn’t help! :(((((

Yesung does an imitation of Yoo Sae Yoon at 00:54 into part 2; Jonghyun does one of Bobby Kim at 1:18.  Not familiar with who Yesung imitated, but I’ve heard Bobby Kim sing on a music show before and Jonghyun’s imitation was good!  The other SHINee members come out at 2:24 and dance to ‘Noona Is Very Pretty (Replay)’ for one of the female guests there :DDDDDDDDD.  LUCKY!  Later, at 6:13, the MC asks Yesung to guess how old that female guest (Juri) is.  He guesses that she’s 3 years old than him.  Then it’s revealed that she’s actually 1 year younger than him and Yesung looks so shocked LMAOOOO!  I love how he looks at her like, “Oh shiiiiiiiiiiiit.”  People can’t help that you look so darn young, Yesung.

The third line has Alex and Horan, of Clazziquai, and Azuma Tomoki (Tomo) and Sung Ingyoo, of A’ST1.  I am still not too familiar of A’ST1, but they’re both really cute.  Especially Tomo when he introduces himself.   The MC talks about how all the girls are falling in love with Alex since HE IS SO AWESOME AND GENTLEMANLY ON ‘WE GOT MARRIED’ and how the guys hate him cause he makes them look bad XD.  Taehyeon elaborates, “Alex is every guy’s worst nightmare.”  He also talks about how Alex’s cover of Loveholic’s ‘Flower Pot’ is really popular right now and everytime he hears it, he wants to knock over every vase he sees LMAO!  (That song is so beautiful; download Alex’s version HERE.)  Alex and Taehyeon then take turns acting out how they would react to a girlfriend and … the difference is quite hilarious :D.  Meanwhile, Taemin and Jonghyun both choose Alex as the guy they would most want to be like.  Taemin says, “His romantic side is so cool.  I want to be like him.”  The MC shoots him down with, “You’re only 16.  You have your whole life ahead of you.”  XDDDDDDDDDD;;.  Jonghyun says Alex is a real man’s man and a great singer (TRUFAX!).  The MC asks Jonghyun if he wants to be like Shindong and Jonghyun goes, “He’s funny.”  Shindong raises his hands like “what the hell…?!” hahahaha!

Tomo and Ingyoo bring out their pet lambs at the beginning of part 4 ♥♥♥.  So random to have as a pet, but so cute too ^____^.  The MC asks them, “Why do you have pet lambs?” and Tomo explains that they just came home one day to find the lambs already there, with a note saying, “Please take care of these lambs.”  LOLOLOLOLOLOL.  Awww.

One of the female guests, Kim Shiyang, says that she played Jaedong’s girlfriend in a movie and it’s something she’d rather not do ever again lmao!  She says he’s really short.  And then says that it’s a different feeling from SHINee because even though SHINee is short, they make her smile when she sees them.  She really likes Taemin, no big surprise there :DD.  She also says that she has their song ‘Noona Is Very Pretty (Replay)’ on her minihompy page.  The MC says she better be careful about her website and watch out for “cyber-terror” XDD.  (Although, I know it’s not funny for people to get anti’ed on their minihompies for saying they like so-and-so member of a boyband .___.)

At 6:01 into part 4, they start playing that ‘absolute pitch’ relay.  Always funny to watch.  The first line with Shindong, Yesung, Taemin, and Jonghyun really fail.  FAIL FAIL FAIL!  I think only Jonghyun was able to say it properly.  But everyone’s so cute when they mess up.  I really liked when Yesung tried to say it really fast and the MC asks him, “Are you speaking Chinese?  Start again.”  LMAOOOOOOO.

At 2:31 into part 5, they play that ‘level with me’ game where Donghyun says hilarious, straight-forward stuff about things and the guests get to ask him questions to guess a word.  Ahahahaha, that kid is hilarious.  He hasn’t seen Shindong in a while and so he says (at 4:28), “He used to look cute, but now he looks kind of old.”  LMAO, poor Shindong!!  I think he still looks cute ♥.  Donghyun also says that SuJu-H will get to #2 on the music charts, but not #1 cause all the members have to be singing together to get #1.  But he says that SHINee will get to #1 … Yesung asks him, “Are you saying that the 6 of us (in SJ-H) can’t beat the 5 of them?” and Donghyun says, quite bluntly, “SHINee is young.”  LULZZZZ!  Shindong and Yesung look like they’ve been run over by a truck XD.

There’s also a really cute bit in part 6 where the prompt was, “This always turns out bad when you take someone’s advice.”  And one of the hints was that you would kick the ground and regret everything.  Taemin gets asked if he’s ever regretted taking someone’s advice and he tells a really, really cute story about how he was at a supermarket and a friend recommended icecream that didn’t taste so good LOL.  Awww, he really is so young.  You can hear Yesung burst out laughing in the background and the MC is like, “You don’t have to kick the ground and regret it; just buy another one!”  LOLOLOLOL!!  Taemin then gives the correct answer (“stocks”), but the MC persuades him to change it to “icecream.”  And Taemin just says “okay” obediently and gets it wrong.  Then everyone bashes on the MC for “corrupting” a minor alskdjfkdlsjfkdls XDDDDDDD.

Got too lazy to recap the rest, but they play that game where the MC is the detective and has to guess which of five guests has their feet in warm water instead of ice cold water lol.  Shindong ♥♥♥.  There was one part  where the MC busts Shindong for not putting his feet in the water and tells Taemin to come over and sit on Shindong’s lap XDD.  Poor Taemin lmao!  Hahahah he doesn’t have a choice XD.  But maybe he’ll grow up to be the tallest and buffest member (like Changmin is now) and his members will be afraid to boss him around rofl.  Shindong says “my baby” when Taemin sits on him.  And after a little while, Shindong says, “TAEMIN, BEAT IT.”  His feet must have been in really cold water, lol.  This was a really cute episode ♥.  Jonghyun and Taemin were so shy, but hopefully they warm up on future episodes.  I can’t wait to see the episode with all of SHINee.

Dream Concert On SBS

It’s showing on SBS right now. SBS CJB channel on TVANTS! Will edit with links and maybe download links if I can find them :). Quality is soooooooooooo much better than Pandora! I can actually see them moving fluidly and there’s no A–AA—AAAA-aa-AAAAAAaa and the like. Yay tvants! Pictures/fancams are in this post.

They’re performing that SMTown intro!! I SEE SIWON ON DRUMS. HOLY BIG ARMS! KYUHYUN IS OWNING THIS PERFORMANCE. Kyuhyun + Eunhyuk hanging all over each other in the performance, haha. They look so happy just running all over the stage and jumping around. UM NOW THEY ARE DOING THE CANCAN … looks like Kangin’s leading them into it rofl. Think the boys should wear black and white more often; they look ridiculously hot. SHINee’s Jonghyun looks so nervous, but incredibly handsome too. WATCH.

Heechul’s coming out now with his other two MCs, looking very dashing. His hair makes him look so young, rofl. Cuuuute.

Argh so many artists I don’t know :(. BRB. (EDIT: Ah lol I thought this was MC Mong XD. Ugh, I fail. I’m not familiar with Peter, but this song is super catchy!) Heechul just sang that “Noona Is So Pretty” song to his cohost ahhhhhh. Typhoon’s performing right now … I NEED TO LOOK INTO MORE OF THEIR MUSIC. Solbi is hot, hot, hot. I’m loving her from the handful of We Got Married episodes I’ve seen. She has such a funny and cute personality. WATCH.

AST’1 NOW :D. I still need to learn names, but they sure do look amazing in their outfits. Classy in black and white. Guh, that one guy that just sang was really cute. THIS SONG IS CATCHY AS HELL. WATCH.

SHINee performing now ~ in black and red outfits. Honestly, this was one of my favorite performances when I watched the laggy Pandora broadcast and seeing it without the lags is AMAZING. THEY ARE SINGING LIVE (Jonghyun is mad impressive) AND LOOKING FANTASTIC. I could hear Minho more clearly this time; what a smile awwwww. I am so obsessed with the choreography. Key looks confused, lmao. Why does he always look confused in their performances; he’s so cute! ONEW SMILES LIKE THE SUN :D! Wonder why people don’t have their glowsticks off; the audience looks awfully dark. TAEMIN DANCE SOLO YAY! Successful mic pass. Audience is screaming XDD. WATCH.

Super Junior Happy :D. OMFG. THE OUTFITS ~ I CAN GO DIE. AND THE DANCE STEPS. THEY ARE SO VERY HAPPY. They sound good, too. Sungmin is underrated as a singer. Kangin is wearing high water pants roflmao. He looks like he’s getting younger and younger by the day XDD. DID I SEE SOME KANGTEUK! Eeteuk is singing a lot in this and he looks adorable in that red sweater and bowtie. YESUNG SJDKFLSJKDLFK. I love the purple tie! EUNHYUK LOOKS SO SKINNY; his clothes look so big rofl. So cute, though. And Shindong ~ actually the hair is adorable on him. ONLY HE COULD PULL THAT OFF. WATCH.

SS501 performing Deja Vu now… THE BOYS LOOK HOT. Everyone has amazing hair tonight. Oooh, they changed the bridge part of the song ~ Baby just did his dance solo (hairrrrrrrrr!!) and they added more instrumentals. I LOVE LEADER’S HAIR. Kyujong’s pants, rofl. He looks super hot ~ ohhhhhhhhhh the hair. JUNGMIN asd:lfksjdfklsjkflsdj. He was cute and all dressed all in white in their music video, but he’s too edgy for that lol. WEAR ALL BLACK MORE OFTEN. Youngsaeng looks super cute :DDD. You can see him grinning to himself when Baby was doing his dance solo rofl. WATCH.

Heechul and co. are introducing the next segment with Wonder Girls, SNSD, and Epik High. Heechul is so high, roflmao.

I’m really starting to like the Wonder Girls ~ WHAT IS THIS NEW DEVELOPMENT XDD. They look really hot ~ even in those leopard print outfits that I think would look horrible on anyone else, rofl. LEADER SUNYE! I don’t know what I think of her high-waist pants, but I LOVE HER HAIR OMG. The crowd is very loud XD. Yoobin rapping ~ GOD I LOVE HER LEGS :((((. She’s seriously one of my favorite Korean females, even though I don’t keep up with Wonder Girls. Despite her sexy image, she has such a cute personality on shows. I like her lots :). Not as familiar with the other girls, but everyone looks good. WATCH.

EPIK HIGH PERFORMING ‘BREAKDOWN’ RIGHT NOW. Tukutz looks super badass in the back on his turntable. I must see them perform live one day. They are real crowd pleasers ~ really know how to work the crowd. So much energy. They should bottle it and sell it XD. Tablo just went, “Say AAAAAAAAACJDSFHSL!” in a weird voice, lol. He looks rly great and sounds fantastic. Mithra too *____*. I LOVE EPIK HIGH. WATCH.

SNSD performing Girl’s Generation now; I quite love their outfits. Nice blue/white scheme going on :). My girl looks super good :DDDDDD. Yay, Sooyoung, ilu. I think the bit about other fanclubs booing them during their performance was cruel, but good for the girls for going on with the performance and trying to smile through it ^^. Yoona looked really pretty! WATCH.

MC MONG. I need to check out more of his music too, lol. (I’ve been watching episodes of ‘1 Night 2 Days’ and HE IS HILARIOUS. I LOVE HIM WITH LEE SEUNG GI LOL.) His performances look really fun ~ I see a lot of people standing out of their seats hahaha. I’m getting Son Ho Young flashbacks :). WATCH.

SLFKJS:LDKFJSL BROADCAST JUST DIED. I missed the Jewelry performance :(. I missed my lovely Park Jung Ah :((((. But got back in for Super Junior performing ‘Man In Love’ whoaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa. THEY LOOK HOT. THIS IS SO MUCH BETTER THAN WATCHING FANCAMS! AND PANDORA! Lots of close ups on Siwon, which couldn’t make me happier lols. (He didn’t look too well, though. He looked kind of tired ~ please feel better, Siwonnie). UM KYUHYUN HIP SWAYS HAVE THE SAME EFFECT ON ME STILL *dying*. GOD I LOVE THIS SONG AND ITS CHOREOGRAPHY!!! Wish the broadcast didn’t cut out their ‘Don’t Don’ performance though… it’s my favorite song by SuJu, but I must be content that they performed my second favorite song from them, lols. The audience was so loud ~~. WATCH.

DBSK PURPLE LINEEEEEEEEEEEEE. Loved their entrance; the way they shoot up onto the stage lol. I’m really, really happy they sang this live! The dancing is superb and they’re shiny with sweat rofl, but the singing doesn’t suffer at all. They sound incredible, actually. Junsu’s voice dominates the chorus; he sounds so good. Yoochun’s voice sounds really edgy and raw in this performance, but in a good way in that it adds a lot of edge to the song. Changmin’s “Yeahhhh~~ yeahhh~!” at the end of the song was really well done. Going into Rising Sun right now. YUNHO IS THE DEATH OF ME, I SWEAR. He’s such a tease; look at him almost ripping his shirt T__________T. (TIME FOR A NEW WALLPAPER.) Changmin got hotter. HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE. Lots of close ups of the boy, too! THANK YOU, FINALLY. Jae looks so beautiful. That’s really nothing new, but seriously, he looks so good. His top reveals really sexy collarbones XD. [PURPLE LINE] [RISING SUN]

Dream Concert Streaming Feed – Pandora

HEY IS ANYONE OUT THERE WATCHING PANDORA TV? I just woke up and found out I missed all the interviews + maybe the first third of the actual concert, lol, but a lot of the groups I really want to see are performing near the end :). I tuned in a little before SHINee started performing ~ they were soooo good btw! Live performance of Noona Is Pretty … my computer froze up so I couldn’t tell if they pulled off the mic pass roflmao. They looked so cute and wildly happy to be there. I think you could probably see their bright smiles from the moon or something IDEK. LSLSJDLFKDSJ SUPER JUNIOR H. Computer was very laggy for this one, so I could mostly only hear CH-CH-A-A-N-AAAAAaaaa. But from the ten seconds I watched without any lagging, their dance steps are very, very cute. SS501!! Lipsynched performances of Deja Vu and Fighter (they look SO HOT in their outfits; I forgot about Kyu’s pants and Hyunjoong’s top, just about) and then a live performance of A Song Calling For You. :DDDDDD. They sounded great! And performed wonderfully as well ~ so much energy! Then there’s some kind of collab performance, but I SEE TABLO and MITHRA *squish*. Pandora TV is being really annoying, though. It’s so laggy, yikes. The only performance I watched so far without any skipping was Epik High’s and lsjklsjkfl;alksjdf they were so good! I loved that bit where Tablo shouts, “YOU’RE STILL BEAUTIFUL TO ME!” UM ALSO! SIWON IS THERE. I just saw him in Suju’s Man In Love performance YAY :). GUH THEY LOOK REALLY GOOD. I LOVE HEECHUL’S HAIR (I missed like every single MC moment so … boo). KYUHYUN HIP SWAYS! I HAVE MISSED YOU!!! They still break my brain, apparently. They went right into Don’t Don from that and there’s no Henry violin solo :(. Ah well. HOT HOT HOT performance, though. The boys look so good *_______*. DBSK IS PERFORMING PURPLE LINE RIGHT NOW. IT IS LIVE! WHOAAAAA. They sound really good and look fantastic too ~ those white outfits don’t even look too bad in motion, rofl. Yoochun’s hair is … erm. LOL. Yunho’s working up the crowd and they’re greeting everyone at all sides of the stage. Going into Tonight now. :DDDDD. One of those songs that really shows off their vocal prowess. JSLDJFKLD DAMN YOU, PANDORA TV. WHY DO YOU HAVE TO FREEZE NOW?! I MISSED THE JAE HIGH NOTE :(. EDIT: WTH Pandora, lol. They’re repeating the performances to avoid angry fangirls spamming them. The Tonight performance was WONDERFUL! Jae hit the high note so well and Changmin did his “whoaoaaaaaaaaooooooaaoaoa” really well. OMG SJDKFLJSDKL RISING SUN!!! This one is lipsynched. Computer just froze on Yunho lol (he looks GORGEOUS *___*). That’s nice of them, but I want to see everyone else XD. Ah okay. Changmin looks soooooooooooooo handsome. I love the part where everyone else bends down and he’s the only one standing and screaming “WHOAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!”

Dream Concert wasn’t complete without drama, though. For the SNSD performance, all the fan groups (except for Soshi’s of course) turned of their glowsticks and were silent O___o. I’m not an SNSD fan but I do really like some of them and imo it’s kind of unfair that that all the girls have to be punished just because of the drama surrounding Tiffany. Lots of rumors about SNSD fans ripping up SuJu banners and SuJu fans pouring water onto SNSD fans that were sitting in the section below them, yikes. Can’t we all just get along. Actually, let’s not discuss this at all. Concerts should be about music and dancing hotties!

A’ST1 Debuts On M!Countdown (4/24)

This group is (in)famous for their promotional commercials where they said they were going to overthrow SuJu. That sent a lot of SuJu fans into a frenzy, although … I just thought it was funny XD. And then this group met Eeteuk, Eunhyuk, and Shindong backstage at M!Countdown and … they were all so cute and polite with each other, so the SuJu fans calmed down XD. I’ve watched some of their MNet series and I like them! They’re cute and funny ^___^.

I still don’t know all of their names, but I do know they have one Chinese member and a member who is Japanese/Korean (Tomo)! Here’s the debut performance on M!Countdown (they were introduced by their fellow DSP labelmates, Jungmin, HyungJoon, and Kyujong of SS501; how cute). It’s lipsynched, unfortunately, and they do look really nervous, but it’s just the first performance ^___^. They look/sound very promising; I can’t wait to see more. And this song is catchy as hell! It’s very DSP ~ sounds a lot like some SS501 songs. But I happen to like that music style (there are only a few SS501 songs that I don’t like), so no complaints here! I’m especially impressed with the guy who sang all those high notes ♥. Looking forward to seeing a live performance from these boys! A’ST1 hwaiting!
