Preview DBSK’s Secret Code Album

All right, I admit I was pretty skeptical about this album from the previews and songs that have already been leaked, but these previews (for all the songs on the album) have me all as;dlfjksl about it now :D!

They’re trying new things with their music and while not all those things work for me personally, I am digging most of these songs, especially ‘Taxi’ (hahahaha would you have guessed this is a ballad?!  It sounds gorgeous ♥!!) and ‘Nobody Knows’.  Also, ‘Take Your Hands’ sounds 23849302 times better than it did to me in that previously released preview.

BOF @ 45th Baeksang Art Awards

♥ Min Ho Wins Best Male Newcomer Award.  HE IS SO ADORABLE!!!!!  ♥  Totally a fish out of water, lmao.   I think he even made a joke about his tumble on the red carpet (see link below).  He looks really nervous, but very, very happy.   Too bad they couldn’t raise that microphone up for him!  Congratulations, darling ♥.   And congrats to all the other nominees for this award, especially Kim Bum for his incendiary turn in ‘East of Eden’.   Yoona of SNSD wins the Best Female Newcomer Award :).

♥ Hyunjoong Wins Male TV Popularity Award.  His new hair looks really, really good on him!   I loved how his SS501 members + Kim Bum + Min Ho rushed up to him to give him flowers haha.   He was on the verge of tears throughout his speech, but it was so heartfelt and genuine.   I especially love the way he shouted “THANK YOU!” at the end.  Congratulations, Hyunjoong ♥♥♥!  (And congrats to Yoona who won the Female TV Popularity Award!)

♥ SS501 Performs ‘Because I’m Stupid’.  They look like angels in white!  Great performance and I can’t believe I’m saying this because I usually wish this weren’t the case, but too bad there weren’t more audience reaction shots.  Specifically, HYUNJOONG!  It must be a giddy feeling to see your bandmates onstage performing a song off the soundtrack of your drama 8D.

♥ F4 On the Red Carpet.  THEY ALL LOOK SO HANDSOME!!!!!   Min Ho looks so nervous but you just gotta love his biiig goofy smile.  And the straight hair!   Everyone else looked pretty calm in comparison lol.  I also love Kim Bum not knowing where he’s supposed to go.  a;sldkfjalsdfj ♥.   The level of excitement is insane; the fans were screaming the place down, haha!   (Was Goo Hye Sun at the award show?  I haven’t seen her in any pictures or video yet ;___;.)

♥ Min Ho Trips on the Red Carpet.   If you watch nothing else in this post, at least watch this one.   He’s so endearing and clumsy; omg I just love him ♥.  I feel like such a bad fan for saying this, but I laughed really, really hard.  (There were plenty of pictures taken of him falling and I saved all of those too >:D!)  It must have been so embarrassing for him, lol.  I KNEW THOSE MILE LONG LEGS WOULD GET HIM IN TROUBLE ONE OF THESE DAYS!   But I’m glad he kept smiling through the entire thing and was able to make fun of himself in his award acceptance speech ♥.

EYE CANDIES ♥!

♥ Secret Code Covers + Tracklist.  The cover for the CD only version is horrendous lol.   The other covers are pretty good, though!   You can already preorder their album on yesasia: 2CD + DVD, 2CD, CD.   I am really interested in the tracklist; I wonder what songs like ‘Secret Code’, ‘Force’, ‘Taxi’ (LOL), ‘9095′ will sound like.  Hopefully not too poppy XD.  Album drops March 25th!  Can’t wait ♥.  (Ooh and lyphta says they’re gonna be on Music Station soon, which is a Big Deal for them ^^.)

♥ B-Pass 4/09, Holy Days.  Very cute photoshoot and Changmin looks great, but I want to burn his pants.  :(  I saw Lee Min Ho wearing pants like that in a recent Dunkin Donuts photoshoot (I think) and omg boys, just because you’re tall doesn’t mean you can pull off that look DD:.

♥ JJ Magazine.  Thanks so much to ngpossible for the heads up!  There’s a lovely translation of the 2U interviews posted by sharingyoochun here — go read ♥.   The boys are darling ♥♥♥.  And the pictures are to die for, especially that one of Yoochun playing the piano a;sldkfjalsdkf.

SuJu Don’t Don Album (Japanese Version)

Some clips and pictures from the Japanese version of Don’t Don!  Thanks so much to pri3an for uploading these videos onto youtube and to the various soompiers who posted the pictures up!  SO CUTE.  Check out Shindong with that lifesize Mirotic!Changmin cutout!

♥ Marry U MV.   ♥♥♥♥♥♥  I like this even more than the original MV, which had too many special effects + some of them had CRAZY WIGS + they cracked Yoona’s head in half as part of a ~special~ effect and it was just kind of DD:.  This MV has clips of them in the recording studio + footage of them just BEING ADORABLE ♥!   There’s too much to mention, but every single one of them = too adorable for words (especially Kyu with the teddybear, HaeWon on the piano, and RYEOWOOK AT THE END ♥).   HOLY EXCITEMENT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  Hopefully they announce a definite comeback date soon!

♥ Off Shot Movie In China and Korea.  Damn, this makes me want to buy this Japanese version and I already own two copies of the Korean one :(((((((.    Ridiculously cute video.   Donghae tries to speak a lot of Japanese in the beginning; I think he said something like, “Cutie, have you eaten yet?”  AHHHHHHHHHHH ♥!  He’s just the cutest thing!  And then they take pictures of each other ^^.  Siwon has issues with the way Donghae takes pictures and they mess around with each other a lot, lol.  The Kyuwook also killed me good.   The last few moments of the video are of the boys in Korea, so there’s Sungmin taking pictures of Yesung and the boys getting ready for the Super Show.

Project Group Between SM, Sidus HQ, and Young Producers United

REDANDROSY, YOU WILL FREAK WHEN YOU SEE THIS :DDDDD!!!  I know how much you love Rose!   He used to be the genius drummer for the TRAX, but he left to be in another group (The Romantist, if I remember correctly) and did some modeling/acting (?) … that was pretty much the last I heard of him :|.  But he’s still a part of SM and now he’s gonna be in a project group with Hyun Woo (Sidus HQ, left) and Lee Jang Woo (Young Producers United, right).    I am not familiar with these other two names, but dude everyone looks hot and just seeing Rose again makes me happy.   Even if I could hardly recognize him at first lmao.  But he looks good, doesn’t he?!   ♥♥♥♥♥

I’m really interested in what kind of music they’ll be releasing…  it’s neat that SM is working with other companies ^^.  This project group plans to release an MV soon and Yoona of SNSD will be starring in it.

EDIT: Listen to their song here!   I wish it had been more rock-ish lol (not enough rock in the K-music industry), but it’s a very nice uptempo ballad :).  Check it out!
